Send in bulk with your email tool
When you send a newsletter or sales email to hundreds of people, you don't need a separate link for each recipient. Paste the one link FeatPaper gives you into the email body: your sending tool swaps the tag inside the link for each recipient's email as it sends, and FeatPaper records who opened the document, by email.
Supported tools: Mailchimp·Brevo·lemlist·Instantly·Stibee. Copy the link for your tool from the Share tab > Integrations > Bulk email sending.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”The link you copy already carries two things — a slot your sending tool fills with the recipient’s email as it sends, and a marker telling FeatPaper which tool sent it. You never have to build it yourself; just copy from your tool’s row.
- In FeatPaper, click Copy link on the row for your tool.
- Paste it into the email body in your sending tool, as is — don't edit or remove the tag.
- Your tool replaces the tag with each recipient's email as it sends.
- When a recipient opens the document, FeatPaper stores that email on the visit and lists it under Visitors tab > Dedicated link visitors.
Copy the link
Section titled “Copy the link”- Open the document's Share tab and, in the Integrations section below, click the Bulk email sending row.
- In the Send with your email tool dialog, find the row for your tool and click Copy link. Each tool uses a different tag syntax, so always copy from the row for the tool you use.
- The How to use badge on each row jumps straight to that tool's section on this page.
The Bulk email sending row also has Share Settings and Analytics buttons. Share Settings controls the viewer for this reserved link — Download, screen type, communication panel and so on — and saving applies to every open that comes through your email tool from then on. Analytics opens the Insights tab pre-filtered to opens from this link.
Step by step, per tool
Section titled “Step by step, per tool”Find your tool below and follow along. The rule is the same everywhere: paste without touching the tag, confirm with a test email that it was replaced, then send.

Using a tool that isn't listed
Section titled “Using a tool that isn't listed”For a tool that isn’t listed, use the CSV route in For tools that can’t resolve a merge tag below — you create a link per recipient up front, download the CSV, and feed that file to your tool as its recipient list. There is no need to hand-edit a link.
See who opened it
Section titled “See who opened it”- Visitors tab > Dedicated link visitors — one row per recipient email with visits, time spent and last visit, plus a tool tag (for example Mailchimp) next to the email.
- Insights tab — All filters > Share Link gets one chip per sending tool. Pick a chip to narrow the metrics and the visitor list to opens from that tool.
- Integrations — Google Sheets and Notion sync only Contacts who submitted the info form. Check recipients from your email tool in the Dedicated link visitors tab or the CSV download.
I pasted the link but no emails show up under visitors
Most likely the tag wasn't replaced when the email went out. Send yourself a test and check that the link in it contains your own email address. If the tag is still sitting there unchanged, the email didn't go through the tool's merge send (for example YAMM's send-from-sheet). Opens with an unreplaced tag are recorded without an email.
If I email the same person twice, do they count as two visitors?
No. Opens with the same email are grouped as one recipient; only the visit count goes up.
Email-tool link or per-recipient tracked links — which one?
For dozens to hundreds of recipients where you mainly want to know who opened, the email-tool link is simplest. If you need to disable a link per recipient or set expiry or privacy per person, use Per-recipient tracked links — create them in bulk from an email list in the Share tab.
