Install the plugins (PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Express)
Send it straight from the tool you already work in. Install a plugin and a FeatPaper button appears inside PowerPoint, Figma, or Adobe Express — no saving the file and re-uploading it on the web. The share link is ready the moment the export finishes.

Your first export
Section titled “Your first export”The flow is the same in all three.
The first time you open the plugin it asks you to sign in to FeatPaper. A browser window opens; finish there and the plugin picks up the session on its own.
Pick the folder
On the Home tab, navigate to the folder the document should land in. Folders you cannot edit appear dimmed, and clicking one tells you so.
Export
Hit Create in PowerPoint and Figma, or Create Interactive PDF in Adobe Express. The share link appears in the panel as soon as the conversion finishes.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”Do the plugins cost anything?
No. All three work on every plan, Starter included, at no extra cost. What your plan changes is the account-wide ceiling — monthly uploads, file size, videos and GIFs per document — not whether you may use a plugin.
I installed it but the tool doesn't show it.
Check Insert > Add-ins in PowerPoint, your plugin list in Figma, or the editor sidebar in Adobe Express. If it is still missing, a work account may have add-in installs locked down by an administrator — ask your IT contact. For PowerPoint, remember that export does not work on the web version, so check the desktop app.
Do I need all three?
No — install only the one for the tool you use. Having several installed causes no conflict, and documents land in the same space no matter which plugin sent them.
