Create per-recipient tracked links in bulk from an email list

With dozens or hundreds of recipients you don't have to make links one at a time. Paste a list of emails and FeatPaper creates a separate tracked link for each person at once, ready to download as a CSV for whichever tool you send with.

Because the links are split per person, opens are attributed precisely, and later you can disable or reconfigure one recipient's link without touching the rest.

  1. Open the Share tab on the document and expand the Per-recipient tracked links row.
  2. Click Create in bulk from an email list. The Create links from an email list dialog opens.
  3. Paste the recipient emails. Line breaks, commas or semicolons all work as separators. You can also use Import CSV file or drop a file onto the field.
  4. Name the batch. Leave it blank and it gets a default name with today's date.
  5. Your input is summarized as N recipients · N not an email · N duplicates removed. Check the numbers and create.

When it finishes you get the N links created summary with the list. Click Download CSV there to download the file.

The CSV holds two columns, email and link: the recipient and the address made for them. Sending tools read those two columns directly.

Links made in bulk fold into a single batch row so the list stays readable. The row shows the batch name, how many recipients it holds, and the date it was created.

  1. Click the batch row to open the recipient list.
  2. Use Search by email to find an address, and click the email header to sort alphabetically. While searching it also tells you how many of the total are shown.
  3. Use Expand to enlarge the dialog and see more rows at once.
  4. From each row you can copy that link or open the reading data for that one recipient.
  • Visitors tab > Dedicated link visitors — visits, time spent and last visit, per recipient address.
  • Insights tab — the batch folds into a single filter chip, so you can look at that batch on its own.
  • Analytics on the batch row or on a recipient row opens the view already filtered to that scope.

Where the CSV goes differs by tool. Step-by-step pages per tool:

How many can I create at once?

There's no fixed cap, but a few hundred takes a while. Links are created one after another, so leave the dialog open. If it's interrupted, what was made is kept and you're told which addresses remain.

How do I send to the same person again?

Reuse the link you already made. Creating another for the same address gives that person two links and splits their opens.

Can I disable a link later?

Yes. Find that recipient in the batch dialog and adjust their share settings, or apply a change to the whole batch at once.
