August 2026
Section titled “August 2026”- AI-public link added (August 2) — A new AI-public link in the Share tab lets you post a document on your site or blog so AI search can cite it. One is created per document automatically, and no lead form can be attached to it. See Share with a link.
- Billing & Plans page added (August 2) — A new Billing & Plans screen in Settings shows your current plan, billing cycle, seats in use, and next invoice on one card. You can change your payment method and download Invoices from a single table, whichever payment provider issued them. See Compare plans and pricing.
- Alerts in your own language (August 2) — The language you pick from the globe icon at the top of the screen is saved, and your view alerts, Slack messages, and reminder emails go out in it. English, Korean, and Japanese are supported. See Settings tour.
- Manage seats yourself (August 2 to 4) — Business plans can raise and lower seats one at a time in the Seats section of Settings > Billing & Plans. Added seats are available immediately and charged pro rata to your card. Reductions are scheduled for the next billing date and can be undone with Cancel scheduled change. See Invite your team.
- Share tab list redesigned and link names unified (August 3) — Link names are now consistent across the product. The default link is the General share link, the lead form link is the Info-required link, and recipient-specific links are Per-recipient links. The list keeps only status summaries such as disabled or expired. Link deletion moved into the share settings of per-recipient links.
- Referrer column in viewer tables (August 3) — A Referrer column shows which site each viewer came through. It displays the domain only, not the full URL, and shows
—when there is nothing to report. - Sample documents for new accounts (August 3) — New accounts receive sample documents with sample engagement records, so Home shows populated KPIs, viewers, contacts, and referrers from the start. Clear them with Delete sample docs in the header; your own uploads stay. See Get started with FeatPaper.
- Resume a canceled subscription (August 3) — Changed your mind after scheduling a cancellation? Resume Subscription restarts auto-renewal and reopens seat changes.
- Payment failure email (August 4) — When a card payment does not go through, the space billing contact gets an email and a Payment failed badge appears on the billing summary card.
- Settings menu renamed (August 1) — The Credit usage tab is now Usage, and it covers this cycle’s upload count, file size limits, and seats alongside credits. The upgrade badge on locked settings tabs is gone. See Check your credit usage.
- Choose the columns in your visitor tables (August 14) — Customize columns in the toolbar lets you pick which fields appear and in what order. Fields that used to live only in CSV exports — UTM parameters, completion rate, device — can now be switched on in the table, and Show lead fields spreads what your lead form collected into columns of its own. Your layout is stored on your account, so it follows you to another computer, and nobody else in the space sees their tables change. Contacts, recipients, and all visitors each keep their own layout. See Read your document analytics.
- Keep internal views out of your analytics (August 15) — Settings has a new Analytics Exclusion tab. Register your office IP addresses and company email domains, and views from your own team drop out of totals like viewer count and lead count, leaving what prospects actually did. Only admins can set this up, rules cover the whole space, and a note appears on the Insights and Visitors tabs while any rule is active. Rules apply to views recorded after you save them — existing numbers stay as they are. See Keep internal views out of your analytics.
July 2026
Section titled “July 2026”- Expired and disabled link screen (July 20 to 21) — Opening an expired or disabled link, or a link to a deleted document, no longer bounces you to the marketing site or shows a blank page. You get a notice reading “This link is unavailable or has expired.” A bug that let past-due links keep opening was fixed at the same time. See Share with a link.
- Delete your account (July 20) — You can delete your account from Account Settings. The confirmation dialog requires you to type delete, and if you are the only admin in the space you must hand over admin rights first. See Settings tour.
- Starter data window and reminders (July 22) — On Starter, view counts and summaries have no time limit. Per-viewer detail is available for 7 days after upload. If viewers are still unchecked, a reminder goes out by email and Slack every three days.
- Hidden data notice (July 23) — On Starter, when data exists from before the 7-day window, a lock notice appears at the bottom of the Home contacts and sources cards and inside document detail. Clicking it opens the upgrade dialog. See Tour the Home screen.
- Engagement terminology unified (July 24) — Wording is consistent across the product now. Viewers are viewers, view totals are view counts, and the lead form is the lead form. The read-only role is Viewer.
- Document-level Slack integration retired (July 24) — The integrations that store data per document are now Notion, Google Sheets, and Zapier. Slack remains an account-level alert channel under Settings > Connections. See Connections.
- Repeat notification cooldown (July 25) — Skip repeat alerts when the same person reopens the same document within 30 minutes, 6 hours, or 24 hours. The default still alerts every time. See Settings tour.
- Fresher Home data (July 26) — Home no longer caches its results, so new views and new contacts no longer take up to five minutes to appear.
- Data rooms (July 27) — Library, which published a whole folder, has been replaced by Data rooms. Pick share links from several documents, publish them together as one page, and recipients open it without logging in. Starter gets 1 data room, Pro 3, and Business and Enterprise unlimited.
- Version history on every plan (July 28) — Uploading a new version behind the same link now works on Starter too, and restoring a version keeps your existing share links alive. See Update a document.
- Insights filters and complete CSV export (July 28) — Insights gained ten filters — date, sharer, version, share link, referrer, parameters, device, OS, browser, and country — and CSV export now includes pages of interest, UTM values, and location. Tables draw 200 rows at a time with a Show more control. CSV export requires Pro or above.
- Monthly upload limits and the Usage screen (July 28) — A monthly upload count applies (Starter 10, Pro 30, Business 30 per seat, counting new documents and versions together). Videos and GIFs also share a per-document count, and a screen shows what is left. See Upload documents.
- Integration and CSV gates settled (July 28) — In the plan comparison table, Notion, Google Sheets, Zapier, and external form integration sit at Business and above, and data export (CSV) at Pro and above.
- The free plan is now Starter (July 29) — The free plan is labeled Starter, and paid pricing is confirmed at Pro $19/mo and Business $59/mo with 3 seats included. Annual billing works out to $16 and $46 a month, and Enterprise is quoted on request. See Compare plans and pricing.
- Lead form on every plan (July 29) — Lead form customization opened up to Starter, so every plan can collect a name and email before the document opens. See Set up a lead form.
- AI credits reset monthly (July 29) — AI credits reset every month, anchored to your billing date on paid plans and to your sign-up date on the free Starter plan. Annual subscriptions were previously credited only once a year. See Check your credit usage.
- Reworked document detail tabs — The document detail screen is reorganized into Content · Share · Insights · Viewers tabs. Find page previews and the original file in Content, per-link performance in Insights, and contacts, dedicated-link viewers, and interest changes in Viewers. See Explore the document detail screen.
- AI interest analysis and interest changes — Turn on AI interest analysis in the Viewers tab and AI content insights are generated from a viewer’s pages of interest. When their interest level (Cold · Warm · Hot) changes, the Interest changes view collects who shifted and the AI summary is regenerated. Generating it draws down AI credits.
- Reworked member invites — When you invite a member you can choose a role, and you can resend or cancel invitations that have not been accepted yet from a pending list. See Invite your team.
- Multi-channel communication — Register several contact channels and, in each link’s share settings, pick which ones to surface on the document. See Share with a link.
- Guide tab added — A Guide tab that walks new users through the document detail screen is now available. Once you close it, it will not show again for that account.
- Zero-view link notice — When a link you shared has no views yet, a banner appears to point you toward what to do next.

Section titled “June 2026”- Redesigned dashboard analytics — The document detail’s viewing-analytics screen and the My Documents list screen were both reworked. The sidebar is streamlined around AI Analytics and My Documents.
