Embed a WhatTime booking page in a PDF

Yes, you can embed a WhatTime booking page in a PDF with FeatPaper. Paste the booking link into the EMBED tab and your booking page appears on the page. Viewers pick a time without leaving the document.

  • The last page of a sales deck, so interested prospects book a call right away
  • A proposal sent to Korean clients who already use WhatTime
  • A consulting or coaching brochure with open session slots
  • A recruiting document with interview time slots

FeatPaper accepts any WhatTime booking page link:

https://whattime.co.kr/XXXXXXXX

WhatTime also goes by a newer Korean service name, and links still use whattime.co.kr.

  1. Open your booking page settings in WhatTime.
  2. Copy the booking page’s share link.

WhatTime’s guide is available in Korean only. See Official guides below.

Open the Content tab

Open your document in FeatPaper and go to the Content tab. Only people with edit rights see the editor.

Open the editor

Click the Add video or link card. The motion editor opens full screen.

Pick the page and the EMBED tab

Select the page in the left sidebar, then click EMBED in the toolbar.

Paste the WhatTime link

Paste the link into the Embed URL field and click Add.

Place and resize it

The booking page lands in the middle of the page at half the page width, in a 16:9 frame. Drag it to move it and drag the handles to resize. The ratio isn’t locked, so you can make it taller or wider.

Save

Click SAVE & EXIT.

  • Desktop: The WhatTime booking page sits on the page. They choose a slot and book right there.
  • Mobile: On a phone, the WhatTime area shows as a blurred card. Tapping it opens WhatTime full screen in a bottom sheet, so it stays usable on a small screen.
  • Downloaded PDF: A PDF can’t run an embed. FeatPaper puts the WhatTime logo in its place, linked to that page of the shared link, and adds a QR code at the bottom right of the page. If you turn off the document’s QR setting, the QR code isn’t added.
  • Embeds don’t count toward any plan limit and have no size limit. You can use them on every plan, Starter included.
  • FeatPaper checks only the link format when you click Add. Whether content appears depends on the sharing settings in WhatTime.
  • You can also paste iframe embed code. FeatPaper pulls out the src="…" address, as long as it uses double quotes.
  • After a version update, motions don’t carry over on their own. When you open the editor, FeatPaper asks whether to copy the previous version’s motion content to the same pages and positions.
  • Bookings are handled by WhatTime. Confirmations and calendar events follow your WhatTime settings.
  • If your audience is outside Korea, Calendly may feel more familiar to them.
I pasted the link and got "The embed URL is not supported". What should I check?

The link isn’t in a format FeatPaper accepts for WhatTime. Go back to WhatTime and copy the link described in Get the link ready above, then paste it again.

How does it look on a phone?

Viewers see a blurred card on the page. One tap opens WhatTime full screen in a bottom sheet.

What happens if someone downloads the PDF?

The embed can’t play inside a PDF. The WhatTime logo takes its place and links to that page of the shared link, and a QR code appears at the bottom right of the page.

Will I see in FeatPaper who booked?

No. FeatPaper doesn’t record activity inside embeds. Check bookings in WhatTime. FeatPaper still shows who opened the document.

The service changed its name. Do old links still work?

Yes. The links still use whattime.co.kr, and FeatPaper accepts any link that starts with https://whattime.co.kr/.
