Service overviews

The document that introduces your product or service

A service overview travels everywhere — outreach emails, your website, partner inquiries. Send it as an attachment and versions fork while you learn nothing, not even whether it was opened. Send it as one link and recipients read in the browser with no download, while every page's reading time is recorded. When the content changes, swap in the update behind the same link.

INSIGHT

Time is concentrating on the key-features page. Open the follow-up with detail on that feature — or an offer to demo it.

Workflow

Service overviews, step by step

Upload, set, send, check. No rebuilding files, and nothing for the reader to install.

  1. 01 Upload the overview

Upload the finished PDF as it is. There's nothing to rebuild.

  2. 02 Consolidate on one link

Use the same address in emails, on the website, and in outreach. Recipients read in the browser — no account, no install.

  3. 03 Swap versions on the same link

Upload the new PDF and every link already in circulation shows the latest version.

  4. 04 Read the interest, then follow up

Check which pages got read and where people left, and shape the follow-up and the next revision around it.

Key features

Service overviews: the features at work

The features actually used when sending this document. Each links into the features page, and what each plan includes is on the pricing page.

No-download web viewing

Readers open it in the browser with no sign-up and no install. Per link, choose For Presentation (one screen at a time) or For Report (continuous scrolling) as the viewing mode.

Per-page analytics

Reading time and view counts per page, with the best-read page called out. Together with average completion and revisit share, it also shows where the overview itself needs work.

Same-link version swaps

No re-sending when content changes. Upload the new PDF, it goes Live, and addresses already out there show the latest overview. Rolling back to a previous version applies just as instantly.

Open alerts

Get an email or Slack alert when the overview opens. An interest floor and a re-alert cooldown keep drive-by views from paging you, and your own opens don't count.

Contact CTA

Lay a click-through area over the document to route readers to an inquiry form or a booking page, and keep a communication channel pinned in the corner. In-document clicks are recorded in Insights.

AI-public link

A public link that search engines and AI answer engines can read, issued alongside your other links. For people searching for the service, the overview itself becomes a discovery surface.

FAQ

Service overviews — check before you send

How do I send a service overview PDF without a download?

Upload the PDF and share the link. Recipients read it in the browser — no account, no install, no download. If you don't want the original file leaving, turn PDF download off on the link.

If the overview changes, do I re-send the link?

No. Upload the new PDF and the same link shows the latest version — nothing to change in emails or on the website. A version upload does count as one monthly upload, though.

How do I know who viewed it?

Issue per-recipient links and the reading records split per link. On a lead-form link, viewers are identified by the name and email they submit. Anonymous views through the general share link can't be attributed to a person.
