Organizations that teach and recruit

An education team's documents run on two tracks: course materials going out to learners, and the brochure that recruits the next cohort. For course materials, what matters is how much got read; for recruiting, who showed interest. Distribute both as links and you check both the same way.

Scenarios

Education · Academies: the situations teams keep hitting

How it's actually used in the field, with the features each moment calls for. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.

01

Distribute materials with videos on the pages

Lay lecture videos right on the pages that need explaining. Playback happens in the web viewer, and with the QR option switched on, downloaded PDFs carry a QR code in each spot — printed handouts lead to the videos too.

02

Watch per-unit completion

Average completion and per-page stay time show where learning stalls. Pages with high return-visit share are usually where the explanation runs thin.

03

Collect leads with the recruiting brochure

Distribute the brochure through the info-required link and you collect name and email before reading — with a required email field, the material auto-sends. One form per document, and saving it readies that document's info-required link.

04

Refresh materials each cohort

Curriculum overhaul? Just upload the new PDF. Distributed links show the latest material, and you can roll back to the previous cohort's version instantly.

Workflow

Education · Academies: how it works day to day

Organize the documents, split links per audience, watch the response, and close when it's done.

  1. 01 Organize the materials

Split course materials and recruiting materials into folders in your space.

  2. 02 Make links per purpose

Course materials go to learners; recruiting materials go out as info-required links.

  3. 03 Check reading and response

Refine the curriculum with completion data, and rank consultations by submitter interest.

  4. 04 Feed it into the next cohort

Reinforce the units that stall and swap the material. The link address stays the same.

FAQ

Education · Academies: what teams ask most

Can I track progress per learner?

Distribute per-recipient links or the info-required link and stay time and completion are visible per viewer — who read how far, separated per learner.

Can a table of contents be generated automatically?

There's no auto-TOC. Lay NAV (page-jump) areas on your table of contents page and you get click buttons that skip to each unit.

How do I limit reading to enrolled students?

Put a password on the link, or register student emails or the school domain on the email allow list. Both are per-link settings and are never inherited by new links.
