Case study decks

The document that builds trust

Case studies close deals — but if you don't know which case actually landed, you keep sending all of them. Send a link instead and you learn which industry's case they lingered on and which button they clicked. The next email carries only the case that worked.

Key features

Case study decks: the features at work

The features actually used when sending this document. Each links into the features page, and what each plan includes is on the pricing page.

In-document link CTAs with click tracking

Lay a click area on each case and route it to detail pages or an inquiry form. In-document clicks are recorded in Insights and feed the action component of the interest score — so readers and actors are distinguishable.

Top pages analysis

Per-page stay time and view counts, with top-pages insights calling out the case that resonated most. Which industry and which company size actually lands — confirmed with data.

Linked documents

Put an area inside the deck that continues into another FeatPaper document — the proposal, the pricing guide. The moment a case moves someone, they flow into the next document naturally.

Open alerts

Email or Slack the moment the deck opens. The interest floor and repeat-notification cooldown keep it to the signals you need.

Engagement per recipient

Split links per account and even the same deck accumulates a different response per company. Knowing which client read which industry's case gives you the material for the next conversation.

AI interest summaries

A summary of what each viewer showed interest in, regenerated when their interest grade changes. Uses AI credits; anonymous viewers are excluded.

FAQ

Case study decks — check before you send

Are button clicks inside the document recorded?

Yes. In-document link clicks appear on the Insights tab and feed the action component of the interest score.

Can readers jump from the deck straight into the proposal?

Lay a DOCS area (continue into another FeatPaper document) over the deck. Readers move from a case into the proposal, and the transition is recorded in the reading data.

How do I find out which case worked?

Per-page stats and top-pages insights on the Insights tab show where stay time pooled. Sent through per-recipient links, it splits per account too.
