On Pro and above you can block the original PDF download so people read on screen only. Set an expiry and the link closes itself, and you can switch any link off at any moment to cut access.
View counts and summaries have no time limit on any plan. Viewer-level detail — who read which page — is available for 7 days after upload on Starter, and for the full history on Pro and above.
Only new uploads and file replacements pause. Links you already shared keep working and view data keeps coming in. The allowance refills each month, and you can move up a plan if you need to publish more often.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the days left in the cycle; downgrades take effect when the current cycle ends. Either way your documents and links stay exactly as they are.
From Business up, invite them by email under Settings > Members. They join the same space with shared documents and view data, and you decide whether each person is a viewer, an editor, or an admin.
Business includes 3 seats, and you add more one at a time. Added seats work right away and are charged pro rata for the rest of the cycle; removing a seat takes effect from your next billing date.
A small amount is deducted each time you ask the AI a question or regenerate an interest summary. Credits refill monthly, and on Business every user you add brings more shared credits to the team.
