The document that carries ad & partnership proposals

Ad proposals persuade by showing. But put a video link in a PDF and the reader leaves the document — most never come back. When video and GIFs play right inside the document, you show the case studies without losing anyone. Split links per campaign and you can also compare which channel's proposals actually got read.

INSIGHT

No drop-off on ad products and case videos. Pull the rate card forward and the path to an inquiry gets shorter.

Workflow

Media kits, step by step

Upload, set, send, check. No rebuilding files, and nothing for the reader to install.

  1. 01 Upload the kit

Upload the media kit PDF. No more stuffing heavy video files into email.

  2. 02 Layer on video and GIFs

Place video, GIFs, and embeds wherever you want in the motion editor. It all plays in the web viewer, so opening the link is all the recipient does.

  3. 03 Distribute campaign links

Add UTM parameters per email, DM, and ad, and the traffic sources aggregate separately.

  4. 04 Compare channel performance

Check which source actually turned into reading and stay time on the referrer card, and move the budget.

Key features

Media kits: the features at work

The features actually used when sending this document. Each links into the features page, and what each plan includes is on the pricing page.

Video & GIF embeds

Lay video (direct upload or YouTube/Vimeo), GIFs, and widget embeds over the document. Autoplay, loop, mute, and player-bar visibility are each adjustable, and playback happens in the web viewer. YouTube/Vimeo links and embeds are unlimited; GIFs share the per-document count with uploaded videos.

Campaign links & UTM analytics

On the referrer card, switch the axis between Referrer and utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term. The viewer table shows the referring domain, and full UTM values live in the viewer detail and CSV exports.

Interest by product

Put per-page stay time and view counts side by side to see which ad product actually got read. Top-pages insights call out the placement that performed best.

Inquiry capture

Send through the info-required link and you collect the contact's details before they read; with a required email field, the kit is auto-sent by email. An in-document inquiry button or the persistent channel takes direct contact too.

Rate card protection

For kits that carry rates, block downloads and set an expiration so no file lingers. A per-link password is available too.

Open alerts

Get an email or Slack message when the partnerships manager opens the kit. Set an interest floor and passing skims won't ping you.

FAQ

Media kits — check before you send

Do videos really play inside the document?

Right on the page, in the web viewer. This document type is set up with PDF download off, so the video plays when they open the link.

Is there a video size limit?

How many videos and GIFs one document can carry, and at what file size, depends on your plan. YouTube/Vimeo links and widget embeds are unlimited — long videos are easiest as links.

Can I split performance by campaign?

Distribute links with UTM parameters and the referrer card splits reading by source, medium, and campaign. You can also issue per-recipient links per campaign and compare link-level stats.
