Recruiting brochures

The document you send to candidates

Candidates mostly open your material on the move. Make them download a heavy PDF and they close it on the spot. Send a link instead: it opens right in the mobile browser, and you see which pages actually got read. Knowing whether team culture or benefits is what holds candidates changes your job posts and even your interview emails.

INSIGHT

Stay time pools on team culture and benefits. Summarizing both in the job post itself should lift application conversion.

Workflow

Recruiting brochures, step by step

Upload, set, send, check. No rebuilding files, and nothing for the reader to install.

  1. 01 Upload the brochure

Upload the recruiting PDF and create a public link.

  2. 02 Add the apply button

Lay a click-through area on the 'Apply' spot and route it to your careers page. Clicks are recorded in Insights.

  3. 03 Distribute to posts, DMs, and events

Add UTM parameters per channel and you can tell where each candidate came from.

  4. 04 Feed the reading back into the post

Move the message from the most-read page into the top of the job post and the interview emails.

Key features

Recruiting brochures: the features at work

The features actually used when sending this document. Each links into the features page, and what each plan includes is on the pricing page.

Opens instantly on mobile

No sign-up, no install, no download — it opens in the browser. Pick the continuously scrolling For Report viewer and it reads comfortably on a phone. Viewer type is set per link.

Apply CTA

Lay a click-through area anywhere in the document and route it to the application form. Add NAV (page-jump) areas and even a long brochure skips straight to the section candidates want. Click counts are in Insights.

Channel analytics

Job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs — see where candidates came from, split by referrer and UTM. Region and device distributions are there too.

Per-page interest

Per-page stay time, average completion, and return-visit share show where the brochure loses people. Top-pages insights call out the exact point that held candidates.

Interested-candidate capture

Send through the info-required link and you collect name and email before reading. With a required email field, the brochure is auto-sent — an easy way to build a talent pool.

Keep hiring info current

When positions or benefits change, upload a new PDF. The address already sitting in your job posts stays the same — only the content updates.

FAQ

Recruiting brochures — check before you send

Do candidates need to install an app?

No. The link opens in any mobile or desktop browser, with no sign-up and no login.

Can I tell who read it?

Anonymous views through the public link can't be attributed — you get view counts, page stats, and referrers. To identify candidates, send per-recipient links individually or use the info-required link.

Are Apply button clicks counted?

In-document link clicks are recorded on the Insights tab and feed the action component of the interest score.
