Company overviews

The document you hand to someone new

The company overview is the document you send the most and manage the least. Versions fork, and an attachment tells you nothing — not even whether it was opened. One link keeps it always current and records which pages people actually read. And for the people who find you through search and AI, the public link becomes the first touchpoint.

INSIGHT

Interest is concentrating on products and services. Moving your flagship product toward the front should cut the drop-off in the first three pages.

Workflow

Company overviews, step by step

Upload, set, send, check. No rebuilding files, and nothing for the reader to install.

  1. 01 Upload the latest overview

Upload the company PDF and consolidate on one link.

  2. 02 Turn on branding and contact channels

Put your logo on the viewer and keep phone, email, and website visible as a persistent channel.

  3. 03 Use the same link everywhere

Email signatures, business-card QR codes, your website, outreach emails — one address for all of them.

  4. 04 Refine using the interest data

Check which pages got read and where people left, and reorder the next version. The link stays put.

Key features

Company overviews: the features at work

The features actually used when sending this document. Each links into the features page, and what each plan includes is on the pricing page.

AI-public link

A public link that search engines and AI answer engines can read, issued alongside your other links. For people searching for your company or product, the overview itself becomes a discovery surface. Even with a custom domain, the AI-public link stays on the default domain.

No-download web viewing

Readers open it in the browser with no sign-up and no install. Per link, choose For Presentation (one screen at a time) or For Report (continuous scrolling) as the viewing mode.

Logo branding

Your logo appears on the viewer, the lead form, and public data room pages. It's a space-level setting, so change it once and even links already in circulation show the new logo from their next view. 'Powered by FeatPaper' removal is included.

Contact CTA

Lay a click-through area over the document to route readers to an inquiry form or a booking page, and keep a communication channel pinned in the corner. In-document link clicks are recorded in Insights and feed the interest score.

Open confirmation

Get notified when the overview opens. Choose the audience (per-recipient link viewers, lead form submitters) and the interest floor in Settings, so only the views you care about come through.

Referrer analysis

See which channel brought readers in, split by Referrer and utm_source, medium, and campaign. Find out whether the business-card QR, the email signature, or the ad is what actually converts to reading.

FAQ

Company overviews — check before you send

If I update the overview, do I redistribute the link?

No. Upload the new PDF and the same link shows the latest version. The address on your business cards and website doesn't change.

If it's open to everyone, is reading still recorded?

View counts, per-page stats, and referrers keep accumulating. Anonymous views through the general share link can't be attributed to a person, though, and by default they're excluded from alerts.

Can it carry our logo and our domain?

An admin sets the logo once per space and it applies to every link in that space. Serving links on your own domain requires connecting a custom domain — one per space.

Can the viewer colors match our brand too?

Branding currently covers the logo and 'Powered by FeatPaper' removal. Color theming isn't offered.
