Lead form
Create as many text, email, checkbox, and radio fields as you need, each optionally required. Intro text and a privacy policy (link or text form) can be shown too. One form per document, visible only on the info-required link.
The content document that collects leads
Post a report as a bare file and all you get is a download count — no idea who took it or whether they read it. Put a lead form in front and you collect name and email before reading, and the document auto-sends to everyone who submits. From there, which pages each lead lingered on accumulates per person.
What we'd recommend for a report or whitepaper. Set these on the link as you create it.
You see exactly what each lead actually read — which makes the next piece of content easy to plan.

The market data page is this report's hook. Lead your next piece — and your sales emails — with that data.
Upload, set, send, check. No rebuilding files, and nothing for the reader to install.
Upload the finished PDF.
Combine text, email, checkbox, and radio fields, and attach the privacy policy consent.
Put the link on your blog, ads, and newsletter, with UTM parameters per channel.
Connect Google Sheets, Notion, or Zapier and hand leads to marketing automation or the sales pipeline.

With at least one required email field, you can turn on document auto-send. The link goes out by email the moment someone submits — no manual sending. Un-requiring that email field turns auto-send off with it.
Connect per document and form submitters accumulate in your sheet or database automatically — 27 fixed columns plus your form fields, with Zapier triggers to reach other tools. Only form submitters are synced.
See which channel's leads actually read, split by utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. Compare not just submissions but stay time and completion per channel.
Every submitter gets a 0–100 interest score built from stay time, completion, return visits, and actions. Start calling from Hot (50+) and the same list converts differently.
Per-page stay time and average completion show which chapter actually got read. Set the next issue's table of contents with data.
Download submitters as CSV, or connect Google Sheets, Notion, or Zapier and every new submitter is sent automatically. Connections are set per document — connect once and new submissions flow in real time.
One form per document; different links on the same document can't carry different forms. Split the document and the forms split with it.
Keep at least one required email field on the form and turn on auto-send. Careful: un-requiring or deleting that field turns auto-send off.
Fixed columns (reading data, traffic parameters, and so on) plus your form fields. Column headers are fixed in Korean, and only form submitters are synced.
The product guides walk through each step with real screens.
The lead form and auto-send are free to use right away.
