This is a general product-use workflow, not a claim about a partner’s results. It explains how a team can distribute partner material through a maintained link and a visible update process.

Where does the workflow apply?

Partners may retain separate copies of logos, product descriptions, campaign dates, and contacts. An old copy can return to circulation unless the operating team identifies the current version and communicates material changes.

Set the distribution baseline

Record the current link, editing owner, and last revision. Separate fixed brand requirements from areas partners may localize. Put public material and restricted material behind different sharing rules.

Update the content and communicate the change

FeatPaper provides evidence for updating shared documents and observing viewing activity. After an update, summarize what changed and notify affected partners directly. Replacing content at a link does not replace communication responsibility.

Turn observations into questions

If a revisit is observed, ask whether the partner reviewed the new logo or campaign date. Do not treat a view as evidence that the guidance was understood or applied.

Operating checklist

  • The current link and editing owner are clear.
  • Fixed and adaptable brand areas are separated.
  • The update date and change summary are visible.
  • Existing recipients were told about material changes.
  • Restricted assets have a separate access policy.
  • Viewing observations and direct partner answers are recorded separately.

A living link provides a reference point. Consistency still depends on ownership, communication, and confirmation.
