With just a few clicks through Google login, you can quickly sign up for FeatPaper. Once logged in, the first screen you’ll see is the document dashboard. Here, you can check the number of new and total visitors for all shared documents.

Documents uploaded via simple drag and drop are listed at the bottom of the dashboard. At Feat, we use the "tags" to categorize and manage documents based on their purpose and the site where they are posted. This allows us to manage document performance and customer leads according to the traffic source.

Even when sharing PDF documents with a unspecified audience, you can use FeatPaper's lead form feature to prompt customers to submit their email before viewing the document.

Here is how the collected leads are displayed on the document dashboard. (Please note that the actual customer information is mosaicked for privacy!) A red dot appears next to the email addresses of new document viewers, making them easy to identify. At Feat, we use this feature to identify customers who have viewed our company introductions or proposals and reach out to them at the right time.

By clicking on each email address, you can view detailed behavior data of the viewer. This includes revisited pages, the pages they spent the most time on, and the links they clicked. By comparing the viewer's interests with the average, you can get a better sense of which aspects to emphasize during sales meetings!
